The Verdict is In!

Hey Everyone,
My mom just had her appointment with the transplant nephrologist. Today has been full of nerves for all of us! Anyway, things went well and the nurse came in last and said, "Okay, Paula, when do you want to schedule the surgery?". When mom called me just now to tell me the news, she said, "Hi Steph, just want to know when you can give me your kidney!" Needless to say, I broke down with tears of joy! We are going to talk about it tonight, but the surgery for the transplant will take place in March. Will update you when we have a date. I am so happy I could just scream!!!!
